Recipe for ca. 3 icecube forms:
500 g soy yogurt (or just plain yogurt)
100 g raspberries (cleaned)
100 g blackberries (brambles) (cleaned)
100 g blueberries (cleaned)
4 pinches of ground vanilla
3 icecube forms (for the ones with chocolate, silicone forms work the best)
Some agave syrup
Some hazelnut brittle
25 g 70% bittersweet chocolate (vegan) (or which chocolate you like)
Always take 125 g yogurt and the berries you like and put them together with a pinch of ground vanilla and a splash of agave syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Put each yogurt mass into a bowl. Between the yogurt making rinse out the blender bin.
Take another 125 g yogurt and mix it with vanilla and agave syrup.
Spread the mass into the icecube forms (tip: sometimes take some berries or just one and put them/it first into the form). To make your frozen yogurt bites more colorful mix them, like two or three sorts together. Then freeze for about 2 hours.
Do you like your FroYo with chocolate?
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and let it melt over low heat.
Before you fill in the yogurt mass into the icecube forms, fill some melted chocolate in and spread it over the bottom of the form (works the best with a silicone form). Let some chocolate also spread over the sides of the form. Then fill in the yogurt mass slowly and carefully.
Tip: If you only have stiff icecube forms, the freeze the frozen yogurt bites first. Then take them out of the form and sprinkle some melted chocolate over it, garnish with hazelnut brittle and put them back in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Yummy!
Enjoy your yummy FroYo bites and summer – Bon appétit! ❤
