How about some low carb kohlrabies fries with parmesan tomato dip? ❤
For 2 portions kohlrabies fries:
1 kohlrabies
2 tsp. fries seasoning salt
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C upper and bottom heat. Put baking paper on your baking sheet.
Peel the kohlrabies and cut into the shape of fries.
Put the kohlrabies fries in a bowl and mix well with fries seasoning salt, cornstarch and olive oil.
Then spread the fries on the baking sheet, they should not overlap, and bake them for 25-30 minutes.
Parmesan tomato dip:
40 g parmesan, grated (hard cheese)
80 g crème fraîche
1 tbsp. tomato paste
salt & pepper
Grate the parmesan really fine. Mix all ingredients together and sesaon with salt and pepper.
