How about a nice winter salad with mache salad and a baked pear with crumbles? ❤
Recipe for 2 persons:
150 g mache salad / lambs lettuce
2 pears
50 g vegan butter
80 g spelt flour (or flour)
1/2 tsp. sea salt
30 g chopped hazelnuts
4 tbsp. olive oil
juice of 1/2 orange
2 tsp. mustard
sea salt
pepper
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F) upper and bottom heat.
Wash and clean the mache salad very good.
Wash and cut the pears in half. Core them.
Make the crumbles out of the vegan butter, flour, sea salt and chopped hazelnuts. Put the pear halves into a gratin dish and top them with the crumbles. Bake them for about 25-30 minutes in the oven until the crumbles are golden brown.
In a bowl mix together the dressing out of olive oil, orange juice and mustard. Season with sea salt and pepper and mix it into the lambs lettuce salad.
Serve the salad with the pear halves.
A fresh bread is best to it.
