Vegan speculoos spread ❤
Recipe for 500 ml spread:
300 g speculoos
1 tsp. grounded cinnamon
2 pinchs of salt
130 g soft margarine
20 g white almond cream
50 ml soy cream
Crush the speculoos roughly and mix them small with a blender or multi-blender. The speculoos will be kind of creamy (a little). After that fold in the almond cream, the margarine and the spices. Mix everything well.
The spread will be good for 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
