Fruity Mulled Wine Apple Crumble with Mulled Wine Apple Punch ❤

Red wine apple punch

For 2 people:
1 untreated organic lemon
250 ml sweet red wine (vegan)
250 ml naturally cloudy apple juice
3 tbsp. sugar
1 bag of fruity tea (or a little bag of spices for punch)
1 apple

Slice the lemon into thin slices. Heat them up with red wine, apple juice and sugar.

Wash the apple, deseed it and cut it into pieces. Put 3/4 into the red wine apple juice mixture. The rest of the apple cubes can be apportioned into two glasses.

Allow the bag of fruity tea to infuse into the red wine apple juice mixture.

Fill the red wine apple punch into the two glasses and enjoy!

Fruity red wine apple crumble

For 2 people:
25 g flour
25 g sugar (brown, if you have)
1 tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top and bottom heat).

Take the cut apple cubes out of the red wine apple juice mixture and apportion them into two little casseroles (about 10 cm diameter). Add a little bit of the punch.

Mix the flour with the sugar, margarine and cinnamon until you get crumbles.

Put the crumbles on top of the spicy apples and bake everything for about 20 minutes.

Enjoy the red wine apple crumble together with the red wine apple punch! This is the best combination!
