Did you cooked with Moringa yet? No? Then I have this delicious Cauliflower Lentil Soup with Moringa for you! ❤
Rezept für 2 Personen:
400 g cauliflower
1 onion
1 garlic glove
100 g yellow lentils
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. moringa salt
600 ml vegetable stock
75 ml soy cream
10 cherry tomatoes
1 orange
salt
1 pinch of sugar
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Cut the florets in halves or quarter them, according to how big they are. Cut the onion in little pieces and chop the garlic glove pretty fine.
Heat up the olive oil in a midsize pot. Braise the onion and garlic lightly on medium heat. Then add the cauliflower, lentils and curry powder and braise with everything shortly.
Add the vegetable stock and soy cream, season with moringa and salt. Let it boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Squeeze out the orange. Mix everything into the soup and let it simmer for another 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and a pinch of salt.
