Roasted green beans from the oven:
500 g fresh green beans
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 handful of grated parmesan (hard chesese)
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) upper and bottom heat.
Wash the beans and cut off the ends. Let them drip off nicely and dry if needed. Put them in a bowl and add the olive oil and the parmesan and mix well.
Put them on a baking plate with baking paper and spread out well. Bake for 15 minutes. Then mix and fold and set the oven to air circulation and 150 °C (300 °F) and bake them for another 5 minutes.
Serve together with the cream cheese mustard dip.
Recipe for the roasted brussel sprouts from the oven:

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 handful of grated parmesan
4 tsp. mustard
3 tsp. agave syrup or honey
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) upper and bottom heat.
Wash the brussel sprouts and cut them into half. Let them drip off nicely and dry if needed. Put them in a bowl and add the olive oil, agave syrup (or honey), the mustard and the parmesan and mix well.

1 package of cream cheese (200 g)
6 tsp. mustard
(some milk if the dip is too thick)
salt, pepper
Mix everything very well together (using a fork is best). Season with salt and pepper as you like and serve it together with the green beans and the brussel sprouts from the oven!
