I have a bad cold and that’s why I needed a yummy but simple dinner.
So I inspected my fridge and cooked an easy pasta meal: pasta with peas.
Recipe for 1 person:
200 g precooked pasta or gnocci
1 tablespoon margarine
80 g frozen peas
100 ml water
30 ml soy cream
Give the margarine in a pan and let it heat. Roast the pasta (or gnocci) gently in the hot margarine.
If the pasta is brown add the frozen peas. Let it simmer together with 100 ml water. Sesaon everything with salt and pepper.
Add 30 ml soy cream and let all simmer about 2 minutes. Taste and season if needed.
Just simple, YUMMY AND NOM NOM. The right dinner to get healthy. 🙂
