Recipe for 2 drinks:
4 cl Martini d’Oro
4 cl Gin
2 dash of lemon juice
1 tsp. ginger syrup
8 cl pear juice
8 ice cubes
To garnish:
lemon zests
mint leaves
Put the Martini d’Oro together with the Gin, the lemon juice, the ginger syrup, the pear juice and the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake well. After that give the drink through a bar strainer in nice martini glasses and garnish with lemon zests and mint leaves.
